This was a multimedia journalism project centered on one of Texas State University’s most common campus concerns: the stairs. To explore the issue, I interviewed faculty members who had been on campus for more than 10 years, using their long-term experience to provide informed perspectives on how the terrain affects accessibility and daily navigation. Based on these interviews and additional research, I created audio, video, a blog post, and data visuals examining the impact of the campus layout on student and faculty experience.
